Official website: www.lee-brennan.com Everyone remembers 911 - one of the biggest boy bands of the 90's and still, years later, are playing gigs for their thousands of loyal fans. 911, made up of Lee Brennan (lead vocals), Jimmy Constable, and Simon "Spike" Dawbarn were formed in 1995, went onto win ‘Search For The ‘Next Big Thing', on ITV1’s ‘GMTV’ and have never looked back since. Their career spawned many hits, selling 7 million records, including to name but a few, Night To Remember, Bodyshakin’, Don’t Make Me Wait, More Than A Woman, A Little Bit More, and The Journey. Including six top fives, a number one, and many other top ten hits, 911 were the band of the nineties to be reckoned with. 911 had an army of fans all across Europe and Asia where they went platinum a staggering 20 times, being particularly popular in Malaysia where their debut album "The Journey" remained at No.1 for twenty weeks. After the release of their album “The Greatest Hit and A Little Bit More” in late 1999, 911 decided to call it a day, and after a break writing songs for other artists including Blue’s number 1 hit “If You Come Back”, Lee himself decided to embark on a solo career releasing songs including his debut single Turn It Around. Still regularly gigging with 911, and developing personal projects of his own, Lee is still a recognised face in today’s media industry. Lee most recently married his long-time love, ex B*Witched star Lindsay Armaou, and in 2007 joined forces with East 17 for a nationwide UK tour, with support from Friday Hill. He opens his first ever stage school in Carlisle shortly and is hoping to produce some stars to rival the success he himself has had!
